How We Operate

Basic repairs are usually in house, but occasionally we have to outsource repairs as we are focused on residential maintenance cleaning, chemical treatments and good circulation which is needed at least 8 to 12 hours a day in the months with water temps over 65 degrees and heavier pool usage.

Repairs, catastrophic fires, windstorms, major chemical usage may incur additional charges. But we try very hard to leave cost as economical as we can and stick to monthly plan. Additional costs are added on your invoice each month if needed. Algae treatment, pool baskets, water clarifier, shock treatments all can be added on with your approval, just let us know. We try to communicate our recommendations when a need arises.

We accept PayPal, zelle, venmo, cash or check. Prefer prepay clients at start up of account. We use a pool service invoicing app, so all transactions of credit and billing is accounted for and easily viewed or sent out to you. We also need email address when starting service to maintain regular communication and invoicing without paperwork. We can provide you with self addressed security envelopes if you do desire, just let us know.

There are 52 weeks in a year. Divided by 4 services and you receive 13 invoices in a calendar year. We recommend that we take 4 skip services per year for vacation and inclement weather, and reduce your invoicing to 12 times a year.
